Ingredients needed to make gujiyas: You need 2 cups of flour. About 250 grams of khoya is required. 1 cup of powdered sugar or boora. 1 small spoon of powdered cardamom. Cut 8-10 almonds finely. Take 10-15 raisins. Cut 8-10 cashews finely. Take 15-20 pieces of charoli. Ghee for frying gujiyas Recipe for making gujiyas To make gujiyas, first, prepare khoya at home with milk, or you can also buy khoya from the market.
If you have market khoya, then roast it lightly in a pan until it turns golden.
When the khoya cools down, mix powdered sugar, chopped cashews, almonds, and raisins in it.
Also, mix powdered cardamom well in it.
Now it’s time to knead the flour, so sift the flour and mix about 5 small spoons of ghee in it.
Now knead soft dough with lukewarm water. Cover the dough with a cloth for about 20 minutes.
Now make small balls from the dough and roll them out like puris.
Place the stuffing in the middle of the puri and close the mold by filling 1 spoon of khoya in it.
Make a solution by adding 1 spoon of flour and 2 spoons of water in a bowl.
Apply this solution on the edges while making gujiyas and then close the mold. This will prevent the gujiyas from breaking.

Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the gujiyas on medium flame until they turn golden.
