Oberoi Realty, a listed real estate firm, has successfully concluded the acquisition of a 6.4-acre land parcel near Mumbai in Thane, for approximately ₹196 crore. The company formalized the transaction by registering the conveyance deed for the land, spanning about 25,700 square meters, on December 5, 2023. Oberoi Realty collaborated with NRB Bearings Limited (NRB) under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to acquire the property located at Pokhran Road 2, Thane, Maharashtra, including the associated structure. The entire consideration amount of ₹196 crore has been paid, and the company has taken possession of the acquired property, marking the completion of the acquisition and consolidation process for approximately 75 acres of contiguous land in Pokhran Road 2, Thane, Maharashtra.
