Actor Arjun Bijlani is scheduled to undergo surgery on Saturday after being hospitalized due to severe abdominal pain, reportedly diagnosed as appendicitis by Zoom. He was notably absent from the sets of his show on Friday due to the discomfort.
In a statement on Saturday, Arjun conveyed, “I am admitted to the hospital due to severe stomach pain. I am right now going for an X-ray. The doctors are going to perform an emergency surgery tomorrow morning.”
Admitted to Mumbai’s Hinduja Hospital due to severe lower right abdominal pain, Arjun assured fans not to worry and expressed optimism for a swift recovery.
Sharing a glimpse from his hospital bed on Instagram stories, Arjun posted a picture showing a cannula in his hand, captioning it, “Jo hota hai ache ke liye hota hai (Whatever happens is for the good).”
Additionally, Arjun shared a video celebrating Shiv Ratri, extending best wishes and seeking luck for himself.
Fans poured in supportive messages, with one stating, “Take care. You will be fine very soon … come back soon out of surgery.” Another commented, “Always wishing the best for you. Pls, take care of yourself. Get well soon.” Yet another wrote, “May all happiness be yours, sir.”
Arjun is currently part of the cast of Pyar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti, alongside Nikki Sharma, Sanjay Swaraj, Nimisha Vakharia, Seema Pandey, among others. Having debuted in Balaji Telefilms’ television show Kartika in 2004, Arjun has since appeared in numerous popular shows and has also hosted several reality shows, showcasing his versatile talents in the entertainment industry.
