New Price for Commercial LPG Cylinders: Oil marketing companies have once again provided relief to consumers by reducing the prices of LPG cylinders. This time, the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has become cheaper. The price of the commercial LPG cylinder has been reduced by 157.5 rupees. The new price came into effect on September 1st. Following this change, in the capital city of Delhi, the price has dropped from 1680 rupees to 1522.50 rupees per cylinder. Prior to this, on Tuesday, August 30th, the prices of household gas cylinders (domestic LPG) were reduced by 200 rupees. After this decision, the price of a 14.2 kg LPG cylinder in Delhi reduced to 903 rupees.
Commercial Cylinder Prices in Major Cities: According to oil marketing companies, in Delhi, the commercial cylinder price has reduced from 1680 rupees to 1522.50 rupees. In Kolkata, the price has come down from 1802.50 rupees to 1636 rupees. Similarly, in Mumbai, the price has reduced from 1640.50 rupees to 1482 rupees. In Chennai, the commercial gas cylinder will now be available at 1695 rupees instead of 1852.50 rupees.
Latest Rates for Domestic LPG Cylinders: Recently, there was a reduction of 200 rupees per cylinder in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders. With the new rates in effect from August 30th, the prices in Delhi are now 903 rupees, in Kolkata, they are 929 rupees, in Mumbai, they are 902.50 rupees, and in Chennai, they are 918.50 rupees. More than 10 crore people under the Ujjwala scheme will benefit from this reduction as they were already receiving a subsidy of 200 rupees.
