With just a week left for the grand release of ‘Salaar Part 1: CeaseFire’ on December 22nd, 2023, Prabhas, the lead actor, shared insights into his preparation for the film in a recent interview. Discussing his collaboration with filmmaker Prashanth Neel, Prabhas highlighted the deep emotions portrayed in ‘Salaar,’ expressing that audiences will witness him in a character with such emotions for the first time on screen.
When questioned about the workshops and preparations for his role, Prabhas revealed, “I and Prashanth just worked together, like I told him what I was thinking and he told me what to do. We used to talk before any important session, and he used to tell me that because of the way I was looking at the character, it could be said that we used to workshop together while relaxing, having fun, and talking.”
Reflecting on his experience with Prashanth Neel, Prabhas lauded him as the best director in his 21-year career, emphasizing the strong bond they developed. He expressed a unique anticipation to spend time with Prashant, prioritizing it over going to the set or performing. This sentiment was a first for Prabhas in his two-decade-long career.
