According to sources, the accused have been charged under Section 120B for conspiracy and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). As per insider information, Delhi Police prepared a complaint file late at night and sent it to the Cabinet Secretary. After obtaining approval, a case will be registered under the relevant sections.
