Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Justice Vikas Mahajan agreed to the decision of the family court, maintaining that there was no flaw in its decision to reject the divorce petition against Payal Abdullah. The family court had stated that the allegations of cruelty against Omar Abdullah by Payal Abdullah were unclear.
