Auto Desk, New Delhi. Mahindra has stopped accepting bookings for its popular compact SUV XUV300. According to the information available, the company is depleting its existing stock and has halted new bookings for the time being. Let’s dive into the full story.
Why has Mahindra stopped XUV 300 bookings?
Our dealer sources have revealed that the company is preparing to launch the facelifted XUV300 by clearing out the old stock. The facelifted model is currently undergoing testing and has been spotted multiple times on Indian roads. The facelifted Mahindra XUV300 is expected to hit the market in 2024.
XUV 300 Facelift Design
Speaking of design, the XUV300 is expected to feature a new grille and redesigned front fascia with new design bumpers. It will also come with split LED headlights with DRLs and at the rear, it will have LED taillights and a new tailgate design with a new bumper. There won’t be many changes apart from the new design 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels on the side.

XUV 300 Facelift Interior
The interior of the XUV 300 Facelift is expected to be similar to the recently launched XUV400 EL Pro variant. It will feature a new dashboard layout with a new theme and additional features. The updated XUV300 will come with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto with a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, AdrenoX Connected Car Technology, cruise control, a fully digital 10.25-inch instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, rear AC vents, an electric sunroof, and a type-C charger.
Safety Features
In terms of safety, it is expected to have 6 airbags, all-disc brakes, ISOFIX mounts, traction control, ESP, TPMS, front and rear sensors, rear parking camera, and much more.
Engine Specifications
The XUV300 will remain unchanged and will be offered with the 115 hp, 300 Nm 1.5-liter turbo diesel, 110 hp, 200 Nm 1.2-liter turbo petrol, and 130 hp, 230 Nm 1.2-liter turbo sport version. It will come with options of a 6-speed manual or an AMT automatic gearbox.
