Actress Disha Patani has taken on the role of a director with her recently released music video ‘Kyun Karu Fikar’. In regard to this new experience, she shared her thoughts and feelings, expressing how it allowed her to convey herself differently and how it presented an exciting challenge in shifting her perspective.
Apart from directing the video, Disha also stars in it. The music video conveys a profound message about embracing a carefree attitude towards the judgments of the world, focusing on oneself, and disregarding the negativity that others might project.
“I am experiencing a deep sense of contentment and joy as I have finally shared a part of myself through ‘Kyun Karu Fikar’. This endeavor has enabled me to express myself in a distinctive manner by taking on the role of a director as well, this time,” Disha stated.
She further added, “Transitioning from being in front of the camera to being the one behind it was an exhilarating challenge. I’m immensely thankful to the entire team who were involved and believed in my vision. The music video exudes a lively and empowering vibe, encompassing an international pop essence with a hint of notable K-Pop influences.
On the professional front, Disha Patani is set to appear in two pan-Indian films, namely ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ and ‘Kanguva’. Additionally, she is also part of the film ‘Yodha’ alongside Siddharth Malhotra.
